Clean up toys, check. Dinner, check. Bath, check. Binky? Hmmm. Don't know where that is. So after baths I head to the living room to track it down and am chased by two crawling, giggling, squealing, naked children. They enjoy it so much I let them chase each other around until they tire themselves out. By then I am totally worn out from belly laughing too.
When Kaia got distracted from chasing Theo resorted to his old standby. He tosses the ball, chases it, tosses it, chases it. Girls and boys are definitely different from birth! This game entertains him forever. Or 'for always' as Kaia would say.
Kaia has gotten into having peppermint tea after dinner. She picks the mint leaves from the garden all by herself and throws them into the pot on the stove. I love that she is learning to love fresh food from the garden. She doesn't know that I spike it with a peppermint tea bag and a touch of honey. Think Theo might like to have a cup too?
